US Report Card on Physical Activity for Children and Youth
US Report Card on Physical Activity for Children and Youth
Every two years, PAA publishes a report card assessing the levels of physical activity and sedentary behaviors in American children and youth, facilitators and barriers for physical activity, and health outcomes related to physical activity.
In recent years, our US Card on Physical Activity for Children and Youth has been released alongside dozens of other report cards from countries around the world as part of the Active Healthy Kids Global Alliance. The goal of the report is to hold policymakers accountable for inaction over the current youth inactivity crisis and share recommendations to promote youth physical activity in all sectors of society.
