New in 2026: STRAVA!

Through our new partnership with Strava, we’re debuting a companion challenge. The “Move In May” Strava Challenge will be open to anyone on Strava, also in celebration of National Physical Fitness and Sport month! Sign ups for the Strava Challenge will open on April 24, with the Challenge actually going live (i.e. activities logged start counting) on May 1. Participants in the Congressional Physical Activity Challenge will be encouraged to take part in both.
